"I looked around for someone to do the first major tuneup on my Yamaha VStar 950. After some not-so-great experiences, I talked to Jerry Peake at Sunrise. I had my Clymer maintenance list printed out to go over what needed to be done. I do basic maintenance on the bike. Jerry walked out to the bike and went over what I needed to do, but also told me what was on that list that I DID NOT need to do right now, and WHY. Then he looked at my tires (which I thought were fine) and pointed out that the front was scalloped and the rear was close to gone. They found the right tires for me, got them shipped in fast. It's taken me a while to really appreciate how much better my bike runs and handles after the tuneup and tires at Sunrise. Five-Star experience from start to finish. Thank you Jerry Peake and Sunrise!"

"This is a 10 star review. Shout out to the crew at Sunrise Cycles! We had an extremely positive experience buying our first motorcycle, a Triumph, with Sunrise. No pressure from the staff, just answers to the many questions during my many trips up there while trying to decide whether to go through with this purchase. They are extremely knowledgeable and patient! Our sales person, Dave, made the buying experience easy by addressing all my questions and concerns. The positive experience continued after the purchase. There were some modifications I wanted to make. The crew in the service area went above and beyond researching the information and availability of seats that I wanted. Gloria, we want to thank you for all of your help and time you spent with us, especially while deciding on helmets. Did I mention how wonderful Gloria is? Kind and patient, and She knows her stuff! My salesman, Roy, was phenomenal; friendly, professional and always helpful. Sometimes, I'll just ride by on the weekend to stop by and say Hi and talk motorcycles. "I am a Senior Chief and was looking to buy a new ATV and had been to two other dealers.before coming to Sunrise. The other places were high pressure sales environments with sales people pushing everything at me. They wanted to talk numbers instead of products. I couldn't even get a handshake. They wanted me to fill out a form online, correspond via email, and even text. That maybe great for some, but that is not my preferred method for doing business. I came to Sunrise and found a completely different environment. Jackie Roy Ford is the best salesman I have met. Right off there was a handshake. He listened to what I had to say first. Then he talked products, he knows his stuff, and thoroughly explained the differences and patiently answered my questions. I wanted an ATV my 83 year old father could enjoy with us. Roy spoke with my dad and treated us like family not a payday waiting to happen. He took his time and explained to my dad why he recommended the ATV he did. He pulled the ATV around next to my truck for my dad to test. Afterwards he gave us the price. We filled out the paperwork with a handshake understanding that we may not buy. He did not pressure us in any way, which was surprising considering the last two dealerships we dealt with. We bought the Kawasaki Brute Force 300 today. If it wasn't for Roy and how he deals with customers it wouldn't have happened. I highly recommend Sunrise Cycles and make sure you ask for Roy! He is the best."
